We were running some research for a development project in Palm Beach, and came across this property tax bill for another property in the same general area.
We’ve seen substantial tax bills in the past, but this one is a big one. The number highlighted on the left was last years bill, and the $1,128,821 figure highlighted on the right, is the proposed bill for this year.
This is a single family residential home, not a commercial building.
